Brason FCG was founded because we kept seeing the same thing — care organisations doing extraordinary work, while their facilities quietly created risk, cost, and distraction in the background.
Why we started Brason FCG
Care organisations are in the business of looking after people. But running a care facility also means managing buildings, contractors, compliance obligations and maintenance programs — on top of everything else. Most don't have the expertise or time to do this well.

The result is real: regulatory risk, unnecessary cost, safety gaps, and the constant distraction of facilities problems landing on the desks of people whose job is to deliver care.

Brason FCG exists to fix that. We bring the FM expertise that most care organisations can't afford to employ full-time — giving them access to independent, expert oversight without the overhead.
What makes us different
We work exclusively in the care sector. Aged care, retirement living and child care are all we do — which means we understand your regulatory environment, your operational pressures, and the specific FM challenges these organisations face.

Our background spans trade services and FM operations. We know how contractors operate, how invoices get inflated, and how maintenance programs fail — because we've seen it from both sides. That knowledge is what we put to work for our clients.

HOW WE WORK

Independence
We have no affiliations with trade contractors or suppliers. Our advice is always in the client's interest. When we say a contractor is overcharging, it's because we've checked the numbers — not because we have an alternative to push.

Plain speaking
We don't use jargon to sound impressive. We tell clients what's wrong, why it matters, and exactly what to do about it. Our reports are written to be read by care leadership — not FM specialists.
